How do I order a video?
Before placing an order, you must log in to your WishToVideo account. Once logged in, visit WishToVideo.com, browse our available teams and select the one that matches your occasion. Fill in the custom message details and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is authorised, your instructions are sent to our team to create your personalised video. Logging in allows you to manage your orders and deliveries through your dashboard and access your videos at any time.
Is it guaranteed that I will receive my video?
Our aim is to complete every booking promptly. Most videos are delivered well within the promised time frame (60‑minute instant delivery or 24‑hour express, depending on your selection). On rare occasions a booking may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases you will receive a full refund and may place a new request.
How long does it take to receive my video?
Standard orders are completed within 24 hours, while our instant delivery option guarantees completion within 60 minutes. You can track your order’s progress in real time via your dashboard – a countdown timer shows exactly how much time remains.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. Once your video has been delivered, you will automatically receive a receipt by email. If the order is cancelled and refunded, no receipt will be issued.
How much does a video cost and why do prices differ?
Each team sets its own price based on availability and demand. Prices may vary over time as a way to manage the number of requests a team receives.
How is my video delivered?
When your video is complete, we send you a notification via email and text message to let you know it’s ready. You can log in to your dashboard to watch the video and download it for safekeeping. The video file remains available in your account, and you can forward or share the link. Recipient contact details cannot be changed after delivery, but you are free to forward the video link yourself.
When will I be charged?
A temporary authorisation hold is placed on your payment method when you submit your order. Once the video is delivered, the full charge is captured. If your video is not completed within the maximum delivery window, your payment hold is released and you will not be charged.
How long will my video be available?
Your video will remain accessible via the link provided in your email and SMS. We recommend downloading your video to keep it forever.
Can I buy a video on behalf of a company?
Yes. We accept business bookings. Please select the business option when placing your order; separate pricing may apply for commercial requests.
I can’t log in to the app.
At this time WishToVideo does not have a customer app. Orders are placed exclusively on our website. If you’re having trouble logging into your account on the website, please contact our support team.
What if I’m not happy with my video?
Our teams have creative freedom to interpret your request, but if obvious errors occur (such as incorrect names or poor video quality), contact us at support@wishtovideo.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I edit or cancel my request?
If your order has not yet been completed, our support team may be able to help you edit or cancel it. However, because our delivery time can be as fast as 60 minutes, there are no guarantees that changes can be made before the video is completed. For assistance, contact support as soon as possible.
How do I view or download my video and approve the delivery?
Your completed video will be available in your WishToVideo dashboard. From there you can watch the video and download it for safekeeping. You can also mark the order as “approved” once you are satisfied with the final result.
Can I leave a review or tip for the team?
Yes. After you have viewed your video, you can leave feedback for our team to let them know how they did, and you have the option to send a tip as a token of appreciation. Reviews help us maintain quality and inspire our teams to continue delivering great experiences.
What if I need a revision after receiving my video?
We want your message to be perfect. If you notice any mistakes or feel that your instructions were not fully followed, you can request a revision directly from your dashboard. Our team will re‑record the video to address the issue. We accept revisions until your requirements are met, ensuring you receive a final product you’re happy with.
Can my video appear on WishToVideo’s product pages? Can I control this?
Occasionally we showcase selected videos as examples of our work on product pages to help future customers understand what to expect. This only happens with your consent. In your dashboard you can choose whether to allow your video to be displayed in our portfolio. You have full control to toggle this option on or off at any time.
