1. Overview

Wishtovideo.com (“WishToVideo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an online marketplace where teams from various countries—including celebrities, public figures and villagers—collaborate to produce personalised video messages in authentic settings. Videos are recorded against natural backgrounds (e.g., village scenes and animals) and follow the customer’s script or theme. Because each video is custom-made, it is a digital service delivered electronically; there is no physical product and no shipping.

2. Account Creation and Personal Information

To use the Service you must create an account and provide a valid email address. We do not require additional personal information during sign‑up.

By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of your legal guardian.

3. Placing Orders

When you place a booking request through Wishtovideo.com, you commit to the order and describe the script or theme. Each order is binding, subject to the cancellation terms below.

After placing an order, you can monitor its status in your “Orders” dashboard on Wishtovideo.com. A live countdown timer shows the remaining delivery time; our teams must deliver within that timeframe.

If a team fails to deliver by the deadline or if you placed the order by mistake, you may request a refund. We typically process refunds within a few hours to three business days; some payment methods may take 3–7 days for the funds to appear.

4. Payment, Checkout and Refunds

Secure Checkout: Payments on Wishtovideo.com are processed exclusively through Gumroad’s hosted checkout. Gumroad does not store your credit card information; instead, it generates a token so that card numbers are never stored on any server. Your payment is protected by TLS technology with 256‑bit encryption and modern SHA‑2 ciphers, offering stronger protection than the older SSL protocol. All transactions are handled by PCI‑compliant service providers who meet current security standards for processing card data. As a result, WishToVideo and its creators only see your email address and any optional information you provide.

When you submit a booking request, Gumroad places a temporary authorization hold on your payment method. The hold is released once the video is delivered or the order is canceled or declined.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order until the team accepts it. To cancel, contact support via email or live chat on Wishtovideo.com. After a team has accepted your request, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Delivery

All videos are delivered digitally through your user dashboard and/or via email notification. There are no physical shipments, and no shipping fees or return shipping apply.

6. Support and Disputes

For questions or concerns, contact our 24/7 support team via the chat button on your order page or email support@wishtovideo.com. We aim to resolve most issues immediately.

If a user repeatedly attempts to manipulate the system or breaches these Terms, WishToVideo reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend or terminate the user’s account.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to post, upload or submit any illegal, defamatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate material.

You must not attempt to bypass or interfere with our security measures or collect personal data about other users.

All scripts, photos or audio you provide must be your own or used with permission; you retain ownership but grant WishToVideo a licence to use the content for your video.

8. Intellectual Property

WishToVideo retains ownership of all content on the platform except for user‑generated materials. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the website without permission.

You may share your finished video for personal use; commercial use or modifications require our written consent.

9. Governing Law

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled according to the laws of the jurisdiction where WishToVideo is registered. Consumers may also have access to alternative dispute resolution in their own country of residence.
