Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using Wishtovideo.com.
Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Wishtovideo.com.
1. Use of the Service
Wishtovideo.com is a global platform that allows you to purchase personalized videos from your favorite celebrities, stars, and various creative teams, including Pakistani, Indian, Bengali, and African teams. To use our service, you must have the capacity to form a binding contract and you agree to abide by all laws governing the service, including your local laws and regulations.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for safeguarding the OTP that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your email.
3. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Waqas Ahmad Khan and its licensors. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
4. User Content
Our service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“User Content”). You are entirely responsible for the User Content you post on the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You also warrant that your content does not violate any third party’s rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
5. Payments, Revisions, and Dispute Resolution
Our Commitment to Satisfaction
Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction. We understand that you are purchasing a unique, personalized product, and we are committed to delivering a video that you will love. This policy outlines how we handle revisions and refunds to ensure a fair and transparent process.
Revisions
The revision process is the first step to resolving any issues. If your video does not align with the initial requirements you provided, we are happy to offer a revision. Please contact our support team with the specific changes needed, and our creators will make the necessary adjustments. Refunds are only considered after a reasonable attempt at revision has been made.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following specific conditions. Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Wishtovideo.com after a thorough review of the case:
- Accidental Orders: If you have placed an order by mistake, you may request a full refund within one (1) hour of the purchase, provided the creator has not yet started working on your video.
- Non-Delivery: If your video is not delivered within the promised 72-hour timeframe and you were not notified of any potential delays from our side.
- Major Technical Faults: If the delivered video has a major technical flaw (e.g., no audio, corrupt file) that cannot be resolved with a revision.
- Incorrect Content: If the video content significantly deviates from the details provided in your order and cannot be corrected with a revision.
Cases Not Eligible for a Refund
To protect our creators and prevent misuse of the service, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests for changes that contradict the original order instructions.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the creator’s artistic style, performance, or creative choices which are not technical errors.
- Errors in the final video resulting from incorrect information, script, or poor-quality assets provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after the 1-hour grace period for accidental orders has passed or after the creator has started working on the project.
We are committed to resolving issues amicably. Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you are required to contact our support team at support@wishtovideo.com to allow us to resolve the issue. Bypassing this step and initiating a chargeback is considered a breach of these Terms of Service.
In the event of a chargeback, we will provide the payment provider with all relevant evidence, including your acceptance of these Terms, communication logs, proof of service delivery, and details of your original order. Filing a fraudulent chargeback (e.g., claiming non-delivery for a delivered video) is illegal and will be treated as such. We reserve the right to take legal action and to report such activities to relevant authorities.
6. Delivery and Service Availability
- We strive to deliver all videos in a timely manner. However, due to high order volume, weather disruptions, or other emergency situations, delivery may be delayed. The buyer agrees to compromise and accept potential delays in such circumstances.
- If a selected team is unavailable for recording after an order has been placed, the order will not be canceled. Wishtovideo.com will inform the buyer, and the buyer can then have the video produced by an alternate available team.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, filing fraudulent refund requests or chargebacks.
8. Disclaimer
Your use of our service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied by Wishtovideo.com.
